With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, Greg is a seasoned coach with a wealth of knowledge in specialised training techniques. Greg's dedication to continuous learning ensures that he stays at the forefront of the industry, bringing cutting-edge practices to you. Greg will guide you through the training, holding you accountable to your goals in movement, whether that be to build strength, lose weight, or simply create the habit of movement in your life.
With a degree in Naturopathy, Andrea believes in a holistic approach to health. She understands that there is no one-size-fits-all solution and takes the time to get to know you as an individual. This deep understanding allows her to create individualised health plans that address the root causes of health issues. Andrea will be guiding you through your nutrition plan & keeping you accountable to your goal.

Holistic and Individualised Support & Accountability
One on one check ins that will include setting your goals for the 8-weeks, whether it be weight loss, strength, habit formation, how will you level up? Another in person check in at the middle and at the end of the program. Alongside a coach assigned to you to check in every week with you on nutrition, movement and all the things impacting your goals.

Specialised Training
3 in-person, indoor training sessions a week, for 8 weeks!
Focused on building lean muscle mass and zapping calories.
With a bonus Mobility or Hot Yoga Session each week.

Nutrition & Evolt Scans
Nutrition guidelines that fit your goals. This could include macro breakdown, calorie intake and specific foods to fit your goals. Recipe books, macro support and weekly evolt scans to make sure you are making progress.

Tracking
Individualised tracking, using an app where you are able to track your daily dietary intake, exercise, habits and sync with your favourite smart watch or fitness tracker.

Workshops
Online workshops with Greg & Andrea, including all about macros, sleep and stress.

E-Books & Resources
Ebooks to help you out with understanding of lifestyle changes and habits, including on macros, sleep, stress, protein and more.

Online and in person community that are doing it with you and a facebook group with everyone that has done it before you!
FAQS
1 / What are the session times?
The functional fitness sessions are Monday, Wednesday & Friday. You can pick from times available
6.15am, 9.15am, 4.30pm or 5.30pm
Yoga & Pilates operate throughout the week and you can choose the time that is most suitable for you.
2 / How many checks ins?
You will check in at the start of the program, middle and at the end. 3 in person check in. You will also have access to our online group where you can ask questions at any time. We are also checking in with you at your sessions every week.
Also weekly weigh in's using out Body composition scanner to track your progress.
3 / What are the nutrition guidelines?
Our nutrition guidelines are realistic and maintainable, we include education around foods and macronutrients. We have a holistic focus on nutrition so we want to know you are getting what you need for your goals. Recipes are provided and your individual nutrition goals are set at the start.
